Language Travel and Schools – Study English / ESL in Canada

http://www.ili.ca Eastlink Magazine’s cover story on Nova Scotia’s English Language (ESL) training market. The story highlights the International Language Institute (ILI) in Halifax: the first and oldest English-language school in Atlantic Canada. Since 1983, thousands of international students have selected ILI to study English in Canada, to prepare for an English University, or to write the TOEFL or IELTS exam. The institute hosts students from Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Switzerland, France, Mexico, Brazil, Columbia, China, Taiwan, Russia, and many others! Canadians are rude. Go to another country to learn English.

The gentleman at 3:35 is correct.
In the more larger metropolitan cities, it’s easy to inadvertently fall back into speaking your own language and it’s detrimental to language development. As an English Speaker I will travel to rural Quebec to be forced to speak French. It’s absolutely the best way to learn!
    Good luck to everyone!
